Congratulations to our client Donna Butler and her ‘Mental Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace – A Practical Guide For Employers and Employees’ co-author Gill Hasson for being shortlisted for this year’s Business Book Awards in the HR & Management category.
Published by Capstone, their book is the inspiration behind a new online learning program for businesses produced by CrossKnowledge, part of the Wiley global digital education group. Its timely and practical content has received much praise from frontline staff and Government health advisors during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Donna Butler is a consultant psychotherapist and trauma specialist and Director of Donna Butler Associates – a therapy and workplace wellbeing consultancy that offers psychotherapy, trauma and training services for individuals, couples and organisations.
She has over 30 years’ experience of promoting good mental health within the NHS and private practice and provides training, webinars and workshops on a range of topics, including mental health awareness, the psychological impact of trauma, how to prevent and support employee stress and burn-out, suicidal awareness and risk training.
"It has been a very enriching experience to collaborate with Donna on an online course about mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. She has brought a lot of compassion, humility, expertise and practical experience to the project."
