A detailed brief helps us to understand your business objectives, what challenges you may be facing and why you need communications support. It also helps us to accurately advise you on what we can deliver, in what timescale and for what cost in a timely way.

Our Project Brief & Proposal service

If you don’t have a brief we can produce one for you.

After an initial Q&A telephone call and a follow-up structured face-to-face meeting, we’ll draft a brief for your approval.

Once approved, we will generate a costed project or campaign proposal that sets out our recommended activity and timeline, plus a breakdown of what we will deliver, our costs and any other additional costs you may want to consider.

Bronze, Silver & Gold budgets to choose from

Because clients often know what they’d ideally like to spend but are interested in knowing the entirety of what’s possible, we usually offer three levels of activity and cost in our proposals – Bronze, Silver and Gold – with activities within each budget bracket itemised like a shopping list so you can pick and choose what you’d like to commission.

The whole service, from the Q&A call to the finished proposal, usually takes up to and no more than six days to complete and is available at a competitive day rate.
